Sub: Traffic offence – not committed

Respected Sir,

Please see the enclosed xerox copy of the notice sent to me to pay the fine for the offence stating Jumping the traffic signal at Hesaragatta cross, on Jan, 8th, 2009, at 19.35 hrs which I have not committed

My vehicle was not used by any other person and it was with me. As the notice served to me is an authority I have paid the fine.(copy of the Receipt enclosed). It is to respect to your department and also not to get harassed again for not paying fine. But surely I do not accept the offence as stated above which I have not committed.

Sir, I felt it is my duty to bring the above matter to your kind notice and it is up to you to investigate it. You may enjoy the cartoon attached herewith. You may also find such more cartoons in www.traffictoons.blogspot.com

I am a retired Sr. Officer from Bhilai Steel Plant and ex President, Karnataka Cartoonists Association and a Cartoonist, Member of IIC regularly keep going with my cartoons related activities.
